
That’s an important tip for many people who work at home. It’s easy to grab a second cup of coffee and maybe add a cookie or two. And then to linger over a full lunch when you’re used to having a yogurt and fruit at the office. During the pandemic, lots of reps have shared tips for handling the refrigerator, but the most common suggestion was to treat the home office like the office. Jakki Rodin says that she makes her lunch, snacks, and coffee in the morning, then packs it up in her lunch bag and keeps out of the kitchen until her shift is over. “When the weather’s nice I sit outside for half an hour and enjoy the sunshine.”
